Donald L Johnson carries a North Carolina contractor’s license and has a 20-year track record of success as the owner and operator of Johnson Brick Contractors in Southern Pines, NC. In addition to running a highly successful and respected business, he has been active in the development business, recently completing his latest project Dogwood Condominiums in Southern Pines, NC. His strong belief and reputation in quality and customer service has been the cornerstone of his business success and plays a large part in the future growth of Pinnacle.

Jason D Grant attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte school of Architecture and brings a wide range of abilities and business expertise to the management group. Jason has over 10 years experience in both residential and commercial design and construction. He has received numerous design awards within and around the state of North Carolina. Ongoing training in design and development is obtained through North Carolina State University to enhance his skills in land planning and engineering. His background includes the operation and sale of a computer and graphics design company in Laurinburg, NC and is President and co-owner of a large poultry breeding facility in Morven, NC. The technical expertise and business experience Jason possesses add a great deal of depth to Pinnacle’s management team.

R Dean King graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte college of Architecture in 2001 with Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, and 2002 with Bachelor of Architecture. He has worked as project manager for 3 ½ years at Habitat Architectural
Group in Charlotte, North Carolina specializing in Hospitality design. In January 2006, he completed his 3-year intern development program, and will soon sit for the Architectural Registration Exam, making him a licensed Architect in the state of North Carolina. Along with the prestige of an Architect, Dean brings his gift of creative design to thrust Pinnacle into a broader realm of possibilities.
